| Trays are fed onto the rubberised belt infeed conveyor of the sleeve wrapper. The infeed conveyor transfers the trays through the curtain of shrink film and onto the outfeed belt conveyor and automatically stops to allow the seal bar to be energized and effect the seal-cut-seal cycle. On completion of the sealing cycle the outfeed belt conveyor is activated again and drives the trays onto the shrink tunnel conveyor where it then passes through the heat chamber and allows the shrink film sleeve to be shrunk tightly around the pack. The trays finally passes through the after cooling station and discharges onto a gravity roller conveyor . |
