VARIETY WRAPPER (BASIC) - CASH & CARRY INDUSTRY |
| |
| |
|
| |
| MODE OF OPERATION |
| The operator pulls sufficient film to wrap around the pack through the seal bar area. The pack is centralized on the film on the seal station close to the seal bar assembly. The excess film is folded back over the pack and through the seal bar assembly. The pivot seal bar is pressed down and the film is sealed and cut behind the product. The product is now sealed in a loose sleeve of film and the operator transfers the pack onto the tunnel conveyor. The pack then passes through the heat chamber where the final shrink is effected. |

The pack then passes through the heat chamber, where the final shrink is effected. On exiting the heat chamber the shrink wrapped pack transfers through the high speed after cooler effecting the final tightening of the supported pack.
